Diversity and Equity and Inclusion (DEI) have always been important, and currently are the focus of many organizations due to the racial reckoning occurring in our country.
The purpose of this session is to share some ways to design meetings that can support Diversity and Equity and Inclusion. It is NOT to share a holistic strategy of how to embed DEI into the everyday work of your organization. That takes more than one course or one training. That takes a process of changing mindsets, systems and culture in your organization. One shift is how you design your meetings to support this work.
