Dr. Bill Withers returns to the Cedar Valley to share insights into our post-pandemic organizations, what’s changed for those of us who lead, and what’s timeless and stays the same! Bill researched and served many for-profit and non-profit organizations during his 20 years at Wartburg College, including a number of our own CVNA member-organizations. He’s currently on the executive leadership team at Lutheran Church of Hope in Des Moines, the largest mainline protestant church in North America.
